Welcome to quabe Agent. By registering for, accessing, or using our AI customer enquiry software and dashboard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

quabe provides a multi-tenant AI-powered automated response system that receives customer enquiries from connected messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger) and responds using custom business information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for keeping their business services, pricing, and timing information accurate and up to date in their settings page.
• Clients must comply with Meta Platform policies, anti-spam regulations, and local messaging laws.
• Clients must not use the service to transmit offensive, illegal, or deceptive content.

3. AI Accuracy & Liability

Our AI models generate responses strictly based on the information provided in your business settings. While the AI is configured to avoid inventing facts, quabe is not liable for indirect business outcomes resulting from customer interactions. Important human bookings can be monitored and managed directly on the client dashboard.

4. Subscriptions & 14-Day Free Trial

All new accounts include a 14-day full-access free trial. Following the trial, subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Services can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time from your account management portal with zero cancellation penalties.

5. Modifications to Terms

quabe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
