1. 14-Day Free Trial

We provide a 14-day full-access free trial for all new business accounts. You can test all AI auto-replies, multi-lingual capabilities, Meta channel connections, and analytics for 14 days without any upfront charges or hidden commitments.

2. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no lock-in contracts or cancellation penalties. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. One-Time Setup & Activation

One-time onboarding and configuration fees cover business information structuring, Meta API credentials setup, and verification. Setup fees are only billed after your 14-day trial if you choose to continue.

4. Processing Time

Any approved fee adjustments or billing queries are handled promptly within 5 to 7 business days.
